Stephanie McNulty, Senior Development Officer

Stephanie McNulty, CCSG’s Senior Development Officer, has over ten years experience designing, managing, and researching international development programs. Her areas of expertise include: civil society strengthening, local government, citizen participation, and conflict prevention. In addition to providing leadership to CCSG’s development efforts, she has participated in several global and regional USAID evaluations. Previous to this position at AED, she helped manage several of CCSG’s programs in Guatemala, Central America, and Africa. Most recently, as a Fulbright Scholar, she evaluated citizen efforts to oversee and participate in regional governments in Peru. She has lived and worked in Honduras and Peru and is fluent in Spanish. She has published various articles and monographs on ciivl society, peacebuilding, and USAID policy. Dr. McNulty has a Ph.D. in Political Science from The George Washington University.
